According to the law of Spanish commerce you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase.

If you want to change or return a product, keep the following in mind:

  1. The garments must be in perfect condition, with their guarantee seal intact, unused and with their label(s).
  2. The items will be returned in the same box that was received with the security sticker stuck on the closure, to ensure that they are protected during transit.
  3. The special nature of underwear and swimsuits means that for obvious reasons of hygiene, they can not be returned if the guarantee seal has been removed.
  4. The only exception that we admit to the previous rule is that the garment is defective.

If the cause is attributable to us (defect, error in shipping, etc) we will give you instructions to proceed with the return and recover the amount of the product and the shipping costs.

If the cause is none of the above and you decide to return the product within 7 days, the shipping costs will be borne by you and we will refund the amount of the product in the way that we agree.


To proceed with the return or with the change, do the following:

  1. Access the "Order history and details" section of your account.
  2. Select the order from which you want to return an item, by clicking on "Details".
  3. Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the box next to your name(s).
  4. Add the amount you need to return (in case more than one product needs to be returned).
  5. (optional) Add an explanation, so that the store team can better understand why the customer wants to return this product.
  6. Click on "Request a refund".
  7. Our team will contact you to proceed with the return and give instructions.
